the CD covers and artwork. All of the media material used within these CDs was supplied directly by various
record labels and artists to be used by the DJ/Artist/Label solely for promotional use only. These CDs are
provided to all customers of BigRed313.com free with purchase of the covers and artwork. Thus all mixtape
sales conducted by BigRed313.com are solely for the inserts and the media that constitute each mixtape, as
media is solely for promotional use only as directed by the various labels and artists. All fees paid to
BigRed313.com are for promotional services, shipping/handling, to compensate DJs, maintenance of the
website and to generate mixtapes as a full marketing resource.

**Backorders**

BigRed313.com prides itself in the fact that 95% of all orders placed are completely fulfilled and shipped out
within 72 business hours from when they are submitted. If a particular item is out-of-stock, we will hold your
order until that item is restocked. This should not take more than 5 business days to restock and ship to you.

**Shipping**

All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of being submitted.
Orders placed by 5 pm EST Monday - Friday [end of office hours] will generally ship out by the next business
day.

BigRed313.com uses the United States Postal Office for all deliveries.

We offer the following options for our customers:

USPS First Class Mail $.99 per order + $.99 per CD.

All US orders receive tracking for their packages via paypal/e-mail (excludes APOs & Puerto Rico).
